I am a film, industry, professional, who spends a great deal of time on the road. When I’m not nearby, I have an on-call property manager to address whatever it is to assist you in having the best stay possible. I have lived in this condo for 15 years and hosted many guests through the various home share services. I’m happy to provide any references you require.
Why they chose this property
Close to the ocean, walkable neighborhood, familial vibe on the street, very few neighbors in the building… not to mention the security of knowing that Santa Monica has the fastest police response time in the nation for when I am out of town and my wife is here alone!
