Newly renovated and PET FRIENDLY 2 bedroom 2 bath bayside cottage invoking the cool coastal charm that makes a vacation. Upon entering you’ll find a comfortable foyer with seating and hard surfaces floors that flow throughout, adding coziness and warmth. The living room features updated furniture, fireplace, and flat screen TV. The well equipped kitchen boasts butcher block counters, dishwasher, gas cooking, and retro inspired refrigerator, along with full size stacked washer and dryer. Outside guests will enjoy the grassy white picket fenced in rear yard with seating for relaxing and dining, including a fire pit and outdoor shower. Home is located only 2 block to the beaches of the Delaware Bay! Additional features include central air and off street parking. Pet fee of $125 per dog, 2 dog limit. Additional cleaning fee of $130 on all leases under 7 nights. There is a separate cottage on the property differentiated from the rental that is for owner use only and is sparingly used in season.
