Only yards from the beach, 3 community pools, 2 lakes, 24hr security, deeded beach access, shuffle board, tennis courts. pickle-ball, and private beach chairs available to rent!

The villa features 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom.

Guest Bedroom - 2nd Floor - Full over Full Bunk Bed (Twin stow-away bed in closet)
Living Room -Large Sectional Couch (super comfy!)

The Property Features: 9 sets of French doors, 10’ high ceilings, stainless appliances, shuttered windows, transoms, and ceiling fans throughout the home. Hardwood maple flooring throughout which compliments the designer furnishings. Guests will feel comfortable in their living quarters as all bedrooms feature direct access to a bathroom as well as private balconies, and ample natural light available through large windows including transoms. There is custom unglazed tile in the front covered entryway and in open-air arch columned veranda overlooking the private courtyard and pool.
Guest access
Private beach with showers& bathrooms. Basketball courts, tennis courts, pools and hot tubs.

The only portion of the house not available is the owners closet, which has a combination smart lock.
Other things to note
Must be minimum 25 years of age to rent.

Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $35/day or $245/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Please place trash daily on the edge of the street it is picked up daily 8-4.

Unfortunately guest golf cart rentals are not allowed in the neighborhood.

Absolutely no glass in the pool area. Absolutely no unattended children in the pool area!

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel.

Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please be aware property is located near a military base. There may be some loud noises (day/night) if the military is running missions.
