The cabin was spotless, and exactly as the pictures showed! Great communication with the host and easy check in! Cabin was in a great location and had great views of the mountains. I also want to point out that you didn’t have to travel miles up curvy mountain roads to get to the cabin, which is perfect for us since we have a little one that gets car sick with too many curvy roads. Great stay, would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Summit View for a long weekend get away. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and was well stocked. We loved sitting in the hot tub to relax after a long day exploring. The sunrise over the beautiful mountain view was absolutely breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation at the Summit View Cabin!!

My family spent an amazing week staying at the Summit View cabin in Sevierville. TN. The cabin was comfortable and extremely clean. We especially enjoyed the large well stocked kitchen and both king size bedrooms. The Christmas decorations were a very nice touch. I most definitely recommend staying here. Thanks to Mike at Settle Down Adventures for making our stay perfect!

We had a great time staying at Summit View! The property was beautiful and we loved being able to look out at the mountains from the hot tub. The neighborhood was peaceful and tucked away from the busy main drag through Sevierville. Michael was very attentive and wanted to ensure we had the best possible stay (which we did)! We would absolutely stay again next time we come back to the Smokies!

This property was wonderful! The view is amazing. It was most definitely worth the money! The cabin is very cozy and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious as well as the balconies. I highly recommend checking this cabin out!

Mountain views, pool table battles, and a kid-approved loft? Yes, please! This cabin had all the cozy vibes and fun tucked into every corner. The whole family was happy—from sunrise coffee on the porch (don’t forget your sunglasses!) to catching Dollywood fireworks in the distance at night (around 9:30 PM).Heads-up: there’s only a half bath on the main floor, so be sure stairs aren’t an issue for your crew.We planned one outing per day into Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, or the mountains to avoid going back and forth—and it worked perfectly. In the evenings, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained and relaxed at the cabin.The host was super responsive both before and during our stay, and the cabin was clean, comfortable, and ready for us to enjoy as soon as we arrived! Sign into the WiFi if your phone service isn’t working!

We had a fantastic stay with our family of four! When we walked through the door, we were amazed. The spacious yet cozy feeling and views from every room were incredible, waking up to the mountains each morning and seeing the distant lights in the evenings. The cabin was very clean, well maintained, and the spacious open floor plan is a great place for the whole family to hang out.We loved the pool table and games for fun and relaxing evenings. Kids loved the loft. The kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms cool at night.The location is in a quiet, peaceful setting, yet really convenient to all the dining, shopping and family attractions in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, just a few minutes away on easy, uncrowded back roads. The decks are totally private, with just you and the beautiful mountain views.The host was excellent … friendly, helpful and communicated well throughout the booking and stay.Highly recommend! We will be back again!

Amazing cabin, perfect for small family or group. Bedrooms have everything you need, separate showers & bathrooms are great. Access to lower balcony from bedrooms is nice, hottub was perfect. Loft area was great - lots of room, seating, things to do. Kitchen area fully stocked, everything functioning properly. Upper loft is nice tough for kids & has the best view. Cabin struggled to stay cool upstairs , but it was manageable. Location is OK, close to the city but requires a 10-15 minute drive up a winding mountain road with no shoulder access. Not great in the dark or when raining , but there were 2 ways to reach the cabin so that was useful. Driveway is very steep, pay attention to how you pull in. Neighbor cabins are close but not too intruding. Overall, cabin is a 9/10. Nothing is perfect but I would stay at this cabin again , it was well worth the time & money. The host was great, communication was on point.

This cabin is beautiful. I was very impressed with how clean it was. Me and my family come to the Smokey Mountains twice a year and in the last 10 years, this cabin is by far the cleanest cabin we’ve ever rented. We were absolutely impressed with the cabin. On top of the cleanliness, this cabin was well stocked with everything you need and impressively organized in every drawer. My wife and I were simply amazed. It’s very easy to see that the owner, manager and house cleaning crew take pride in their work with this cabin to make sure that the families renting the cabin are happy, comfortable, and most importantly satisfied with choosing this cabin. The beds are very comfortable, the hot tub was clean and the pool at the resort was perfect. Even has a smaller pool for the toddlers and babies to enjoy. So, if you’re having a hard time choosing your cabin, like me every time, I highly recommend this cabin. You will not be disappointed with this place. I will be looking into this cabin when we come back in a few months. I give 5 Stars to all involved in this cabin and as far as the cabin, it’s the true meaning of a cabin and when you first walk in the door, you will understand what I’m saying when I say the true meaning of a cabin.
