Very clean comfortable home. Driveway very steep but so are a lot up there. A lot of stairs not for elderly with bad knees but definitely for the others. I would love to rent again with my daughter and grandsons. They would love it. I enjoyed it a lot I just should not have had my elderly mother with us. Beautiful home and I will for sure rent again
The place was fantastic. Great views of mount lemon and in a very quiet and comfortable area. The place is very close to summerhaven and numerous trails and spots for sight seeing. I would definitely stay again for our next trip.
Plenty of room, nice view, close to Summerhaven. Driveway was hard to maneuver but its just hilly there. Staircases would be tough on people with limited mobility. But we enjoyed our time there.
Everything was as expected! The game room was a huge plus for our family experience. I just wish we had had more time to enjoy the patio. The kitchen had everything we needed plus, the view from the master is incredible.
We did a last minute one night trip. The house was great! Fabulous views, very comfortable, and the kids loved the lowest level when we had some down time. I would definitely stay here again.
Great stay for our needs. We were easily able to separate pets and children. Great patio and view as well. The driveway was a little steep for our van but we were able to park just past the driveway.
Our family absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The place was super clean and had such a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the cabin was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The views were absolutely beautiful, and we spent so much time just relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The kids’ favorite part was definitely the pool table they couldn’t get enough of it! We had such a wonderful time here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The cabin was very nice. The hardest part was getting to the cabin. The road is a hill that goes straight up. Once you get to the top of the hill you have to walk another hill straight up to the patio where you enter. You can go in through the bottom story but then you have to navigate through the spiral stair case which is very narrow. The house would be perfect if they got rid of the spiral stairs, very narrow and steep stairs.
Did not realize spiral stair cases. Nice bedrooms upstairs. Nice double door opening to porch with a great setting. Have to park car at the bottom of driveway, to steep for a car.
This is a nice place with a very open feel. It would be great for young couples or families. The gaming room downstairs can keep both the kids and adults entertained. My only issue was the lack of transparency on access to the property, and getting from floor to floor inside. The “Driveway” or road going up to the house is very steep. We got lucky, for renting during December it was dry. If there had been snow you would need a 4 wheel drive, or AWD to get up it. Once at the top you will need to do a three point turn in order to go back down. This will mean driving off the road a little. There is second brick driveway up to the house. However the turn to drive up it was too sharp to make. You could get up it after you had turned around. If you enter off the brick driveway into the house, you are on the lower level or game room. All the stairs inside are spiral staircases. They are tight. If coming in through the lower lever you would not be able to get a cooler up the kitchen. To get larger items up you need to go through the door off the second level. In order to access this you need to bring your things up the side of the mountain. So you will want to unload prior to going up the brick driveway. Again, if there was snow or rain it would be a hard haul. I wish all this had been stated up front. Being a senior with arthritis, I found it difficult. The good thing is you only have to haul things up once, then down once at the end. So you can relax once your settled in.
