We were pretty disappointed in several things about our cabin. The first was the mattress on the beds. They were extremely soft and very springy. You couldn't move without violently making the other person move. Then we had both toilets plug. Tried to get a maintenance person to come several times both by calling the front desk and using the text messaging from our boarding pass. Made a flying trip to Walmart just before 11PM to buy a plunger. No one ever responded to our request for help even in the days following our request. The upstairs toilet ran water constantly. It also is clear that it has been leaking as the wall is stained in the bedroom below where it has run down the wall. The checkout instructions in the boarding pass don't match the instructions from the front desk. Outdoor lights were out on the outdoor stairway and parking area. Cabin was dusty and we walked through cobwebs walking into the kitchen. We had to wipe down all the counter tops and dining room table to clear the dust off. The outdoor area is seething with seed ticks everywhere. I picked seed ticks off my wife nightly just from walking the dog. When the electricity flickered the fire alarm system went into trouble mode with a loud beeping. Tried multiple times to call the front desk and the fire department using the instructions on the alarm panel but no one answered because it was constantly busy. It finally was reset remotely somehow but i'm sure if at night it would have gone off all night long.
