No shoes on the carpet, please do dishes, put trash in garbage.
Please do not open gates, or go inside the fenced area with horses.
Please keep dogs in fenced area and maintain control of the pets to and from vehicles mostly for safety of the dog around horses and mules.

Making Memories

This was a super neat place. We enjoyed visiting with the owner and listening to his suggestions for our trip to Yellowstone. He knows his stuff. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The house is as described. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable. We loved watching antelope and deer while drinking our coffee. The host is great!

Photos are not an accurate depiction of the property. The hot tub is not private at all. The rental is in a workshop that was actively being used…we heard power tools until after normal business hours. The door to the shop did not lock making the rental accessible to whoever was in the shop. The air conditioner did not work at all…had to sleep with windows open and bring in an exterior fan we had with us. When asking the owner about the air, her response was “cold shower”. There were also ants in the bathroom. Would not recommend!

I love the private road with quick access to town with all the out of town feels

What makes this property unique

The views and proximity to town. You get all the amenities of being only 6.5 miles to major stores, fuel. Secluded on the south fork and still quick access to Yellowstone, the rodeo and Cody’s. You can see Buffalo bill reservoir from the porch and be to the state park in less than 5 minutes.
