The condo is in mint condition and has been recently renovated with new floors, quartz countertops in the kitchen, master, and guest bathrooms. The kitchen will feature a brand new fridge and brand new kitchen accessories. Please pardon the appearance of some areas, as the finishing touches of furniture, such as side tables, nightstands, and lamps, are yet to be delivered. The owner has used the condo exclusively as his own (limited/part-time). A 2-month minimum is required—please inquire within for rates.
