BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED WITH GREAT OCEAN VIEW!

BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW AND NICELY REMODELED with fully equipped kitchen, granite counters, bamboo cabinets and stainless appliances. New bathroom with granite and tiled shower and fixtures. New tile flooring throughout. Same fabulous ocean view from the lanai and complimentary beach gear for your use. Sugar Beach Resort is the only place many of our visitors will stay, year after year. An expansive golden sand beach faces the property, and within a few seconds from our unit's building, the longest walking beach in Kihei awaits.

A beautiful heated swimming pool and spa sits close to the ocean, and the beach a few feet away is a wonderful place to end the day with one of Maui's spectacular sunsets. "Dina's Sandwitch", the on site bar and grill, serves up some of the best sandwiches on the island. It's also a great place to gather for a cocktail. No wonder they have great ratings on Yelp.

This immaculate 1-bedroom/1-bath condo has a privacy door, enabling living room guests and bedroom guests to maintain private bathroom access. Central AC, cable, and high speed internet are complimentary. Parking is free.

Our host, Sherry, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She checked in with us and went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival from another island. Once the unit was ready, she allowed us to drop off our luggage so we could settle in and make it to dinner with ease, which we truly appreciated.The unit was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and with a wonderful view. For those who choose to use them, the pool, hot tub, sauna, and grill area were a great added bonus. We also enjoyed Dina’s restaurant several times during our stay; having it so conveniently located was a real plus.Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.Mahalo Nate Thompson

Great Place!

Very nice place, unit and grounds are well maintained. The furniture and some of the cookware in the unit is somewhat dated but not terrible. Would definitely stay here again for the price.

What a great stay at Sugar Beach Resort!

The unit was the most comfortable of the 3 that we stayed in this trip. We had everthing we needed, lots of beach gear, and incredible location right on a gorgeous beach, and central to lots of food, shopping, beaches and more! Very nice unit, quick response from host and lovely resort!

We love this condo. Have stayed there twice and was hoping we could stay there the same dates in 2026 unfortunately it was already booked. But we were lucky enough to find another condo in the same building. This condo is perfect. Amazing location, quiet, great pool area. The grounds people do an amazing job of maintaining the pool and surrounding grounds. Just can’t say enough good things about Suagr beach

Relaxing, Well-Located Condo with All the Essentials

We just wrapped up 8 days at Sugar Beach Resort and loved it! The location is perfect—right on the beach and only a quick 7–10 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. We especially enjoyed the beach walk to grab coffee, fresh pastries, shave ice, and browse the farmers market and ABC store.The pool was great, and the beachside lounging made it easy to relax and soak up the view. The unit itself was clean, updated, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Super easy to access, too.The only minor downside was the barbecue area—it could use a bit of love, and the wind made it tricky to get a strong flame at times. But overall, an awesome place to stay in Maui. We'd absolutely come back!
