Our only 2 issues were checking in and a lack of blinds in the living room. We did not get the check-in information/code to the door until we were already there and it took a couple phone calls to get it. We booked the place for three beds because our son was going to sleep in the living room on the pullout couch. The couch was fine, but there were no blinds for the sliding doors. So about 6 AM when the sun came up, there was nothing blocking it. A couple of the tears had loose runs on them, but other than that, it was a good place to stay.
