Your basecamp to adventure lies 5 miles north of Lander! The 720-sq. ft. 1-bed 1-bath apartment is fully furnished, including kitchenware & laundry. Living area has a guest daybed. The mudroom entry is accessible via an attached 12x24-ft. garage for your gear & vehicle. From its balcony, look up the Wind River Mountains’ North Fork of the Popo Agie Canyon to Bear’s Ears Pass. Trailer parking on-site and outlets for EV charger. Horse boarding available for additional fee.

Melissahof is a 35-acre organic working farm that ethically raises heritage poultry and heirloom garlic. The farm borders 600+ acres of state land.

The name "hof" is German for farm, and it reflects the rural spirit. Melissa established Melissahof Hatchery after rescuing a mail order of baby chicks that had been in transit for over 80 hours (chicks can only survive 72 hours without food or water)! The heritage poultry flocks are raised on pasture in rotation with cattle and the heirloom garlic beds to regenerate the health of the soil, water, plants and all animals.
