Sierra Blanca Mountain Lodge is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home—ideal for large families or groups seeking a memorable getaway.

The living area features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, board games and a smart TV, creating a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. The dining area flows into a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for preparing delicious meals and making lasting memories.

The laundry room is stocked with detergent and the living room/bedrooms have an AC/heater and fan.

The wrap‑around deck is furnished and perfect to enjoy the mountain-fresh air and pine-scented serenity in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.

Early check‑in/late check out (subject to availability): $25 fee

Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited at all times. The driveway accommodates up to two vehicles, with additional parking available upon request at a nearby property within the same neighborhood (just a 2-minute drive). The village clears ice and snow off of the roads routinely during the winter months, but a front-wheel drive or 4x4 vehicle is recommended during periods of heavy ice and snow.

Everything was great! Only issue we had was the ac and heaters not communicating right and not working sometimes.

Hi and thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you had an issue with the AC/ heater. They are new and were installed less than a year ago, but they do all have to be on the same setting: AC or Heat. The instructions are in the welcome book, but I will certainly make sure to send the instructions as a message with future bookings. Thank you for bringing that to our attention and we hope to see you revisit the Sierra Mountain Lodge in the future!

Having a cabin in the mountains, parking can be a little tricky, but we’re always working to improve and really appreciate your feedback. We actually just expanded the parking area by removing a large tree stump and are working on getting the space more level. One of our best experiences thus far! We have had our fair share of stays in Ruidoso and this is top 3 for sure! Would definitely stay here again. Everything you need from the good pans to hygiene. Modernized, clean and fast responsiveness! A heads up if staying in the winter time you will need 4x4/AWD for the road leading into the property.
