It is a place to come back to after long days of exploring, and a place easy enough to leave when the streets call you out again.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms with two beds. Each room is set up with bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage, offering the comfort and privacy needed whether you are here for a few nights or a longer stay. The layout is quiet and contained, giving everyone their own space to rest properly.



Living and comfort

The living area brings together seating, a TV, and a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, so whether you are winding down with a show or catching up on work, the setup supports both. Natural light moves through the space throughout the day, keeping it open and easy to inhabit. Single-level and elevator-accessible, the apartment is straightforward to move through from the moment you arrive.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen gives you the tools to cook your own meals - refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, wine glasses, dishes and silverware are all available. A dining table sits at the center of the space, ready for shared meals or a quiet coffee before heading out into the city. Please note that oil, salt, and pepper are not currently provided in this unit.

Two bathrooms with hot water keep morning and evening routines running smoothly. Bathroom essentials are provided, offering a clean and functional space to refresh at any point in the day.

Check in is fully self-managed via keypad entry, with a private entrance and elevator access for easy arrival. Free parking is available in the garage on premises, with additional free street parking nearby. Within the shared areas of Garibaldi Residence, a pool and gym are available for guests looking to relax or stay active.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.



We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: -Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage, a replacement will be charged. Your help is very important to us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice. Parking is subject to availability. -We are an environmentally conscious company and appreciate your support in using electricity responsibly. -Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.



At the end of the reservation, the wristband must be returned to reception. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $250 per person wearing the wristband.
