Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests, each outfitted with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and a closet for clothing storage. Whether you're winding down after an afternoon by the pool or a full day exploring the city, every room is arranged with rest in mind. Bathroom essentials - towels, soap, and toilet paper - are provided across both bathrooms, so you can settle in without a second thought.



Living space

The single-level layout means no stairs inside the home, making it easy to move freely from the moment you arrive. A private entrance - separate from the main building flow - gives you added independence throughout your stay. When you're ready to unwind, the TV and high-speed Wifi are on hand for a quiet evening in. Elevator access in the building makes coming and going with luggage or groceries effortless.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is set up for real cooking: a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are all at your disposal. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.

We would like to inform you that Plaza Pabellón, where our condominium is located, is currently undergoing a remodeling process. Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.
