This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is spacious and gorgeous! Large kitchen with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. Laundry room in the condo for your use. The patio steps out to pool and gardens. With only 4 units in our complex on a quiet residential street, you'll enjoy your own piece of paradise. Just steps from the pristine Boggy Sand Beach. Walk to area restaurants, grocery, liquor store and bus stop.

The pool and garden area is perfect to meet some other vacationers or just relax by yourself. There's a grill also for grilling up some fine dinner.

Boggy Sand Road is one of the most prestigious and charming residential streets in Grand Cayman, located at the northern tip of Seven Mile Beach in West Bay. This neighborhood is defined by its quiet, narrow lane lined with a mix of traditional Caribbean cottages and expansive modern villas, offering a much more intimate feel than the busy resort corridors to the south.

Car is recommended for your stay. There is a bus service to Georgetown for $3 per person. Taxi and hire cars available.

Beautiful island and great location

Just got back from a girls’ trip and Julie was great and so was the location! The unit was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the beach and to cook (but we were on vacation and ate out every night 🤷🏻‍♀️) we will definitely be back here one day, my kids are begging to go now! It was great to return to our Boggy Sands condo! Julie’s place has everything you need to have a great stay. We stayed 2 weeks and loved the option of sitting by the pool or going to the beach just across the street. Have a beach cart made it simple to pack up for the day with everything you need which Julie provides. Chairs umbrellas, cooler beach bag etc. we’d recommend anyone looking to feel like a Caymanian. Wonderful holiday visit! My Dad and I had a peaceful time. The property is so close to the water and has literally everything you could think of in terms of sunscreen, pool items, beach items, and kind touches like a welcome gift and water in the fridge. Great stay on SVB

Very comfortable layout for 4 people…the place was immaculate and modern. Julie is a fantastic host and provides so many little extras that make the vacation hassle-free. Location-wise, this is across the street from Cemetary Beach with a spectacular beach and some solid snorkeling. It was nice to still be on SVB, but just north of all the hotels.

We really enjoyed our vacation at windsong . Perfect location very nice accommodation.Really enjoyed all the little extras available from Julie like beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards,and snorkeling equipment.It was just so easy to relax with this all on hand and the beach just across the road. Lots if great restaurants within easy reach perfect place to enjoy the rest of the island with the car.

Great Condo - Great Location
