The Velvet Prairie is a custom-designed, solar-powered modern home set on 70 private acres in the hills of Northern Virginia. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this property combines high-end finishes with a peaceful, rural backdrop—just minutes from charming Warrenton and Virginia wine country.
The home features a light-filled open floor plan with soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, quartzite countertops, and designer cabinetry, perfect for cooking or entertaining.
The primary suite includes a king-sized canopy bed, luxurious ensuite bath with soaking tub and walk-in steam shower, and direct private access to the patio.
Two additional bedrooms offer queen or twin accommodations with quality linens and serene decor. There is also a queen air mattress with its own set of linens and blankets
Outdoors, enjoy a spacious patio with pool, fire pit, hot tub, lounge seating, a grill, and plenty of open sky.
