The room was exactly as it was represented in the pictures and the hotel cleanliness was superb. The included breakfast was an added bonus. It was hard to regulate and keep the room at a lower temperature and I’m not sure if it was due to user error. We also experienced red bites the first night of our stay and asked for a turn down but I didn’t communicate that to the on-site staff who could have changed the sheets. While staying in the heart of ASU was very ideal and pedestrian friendly the noise level at night was not conducive to the best nights sleep. Overall it was a great quick stay with some minor issues.

Sheets had a really strong bleach smell. We had to wash and dry them and put back on the bed.
