Kitchen includes regular size kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, convection and instant pot combination, plug in water heater pitcher for coffee, pour over coffee carafe, cutting board, dishes, glasses, silverware.
Brand new Bathroom has Large shower with 2 shower heads. A nice nightlight. Flip light on and off twice for the nightlight.
Includes a hairdryer.

Why they chose this property

Ken & Rosanne enjoy walking to the historic downtown square less than 700ft (or 2 minute walk) away with free local history museum, plenty of shopping, local dining, old fashion deserts, weekend music or a bit further (at blinking light) walk over the bridge to Heritage park with a nice river walk ending up at (the NOT to miss) BIG ROCKS park, where you can take GREAT photos, play in the water, picnic, etc. Walk on Barnard St in the direction opposite the square and you will come to the founding family’s of Glen Rose’s historic Barnard’s Mill, art gallery & event center, about a 1 minute walk, all makes for a charming day. Jumping in the car for some site seeing adventures is a breeze as we are centrally located to Dinosaur Valley state park, Fossil Rim Safari, Dinosaur World, Squaw Valley Golf course, the EXPO Center, and just about all of Glen Rose.

What makes this property unique

Sleeps 2 adults and up to three or four children. Remodeled in 2022-24 everything still has that newish, clean feel. Deck was added in 2023. Each rental has its own private entrance & bathroom. The outside deck is the only common area with others.
