New River Access!!! Nestled just outside of Reyno, AR, this delightful house offers 3 unique bedrooms each with queen beds, The kitchen is well equipped for that home cooked meal which includes a large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, flat top stove, dishwasher, coffee pot and small appliances. The main bathroom features a bathtub and shower. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower designed for two with separate temperature controls for each shower head. All of the essential amenities like Wi-Fi, central heat and AC are standard. Electronic entry allows for easy check in. Access to the river is accessible right out back with a private boat dock. Park your boat or just go fishing. Johnston's Eddie public boat ramp is approximately a one mile drive as well. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Close to Dave Donaldson Wildlife Refuge. Hunters Welcome!

We live to travel. From Honduras or northern Michigan, to the Florida Keys or New Orleans, we seek water. We love to fish and scuba dive. We have had shark encounters, and alligators steal our catch. We took our jet river boat into the gulf of America just to say we did it, where we saw dolphins and got fog horned by a giant ship. I could go on and on.

Why they chose this property

We were wanting ac river lot for years when we found this one. A cabin down the street came on the market and we bought it. (Its also available to rent.) Iv decided to build a house in 2024 on the lot, with the help of family and friends. We continue to improve on it regularly.
