Jupiter Ocean and Racquet Club two bedroom,two bathroom unit with screened patio overlooking a pond. Beautiful beach is only a 200 yard walk away. Unit was recently renovated and sports all new leather furniture, luxury vinyl flooring throughout and newly remodeled baths. Flat screen TV's are available in both the family and bedroom area's.. The resort community has three pools, a hot tub and tennis courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach. A short drive down the beach takes you to Carlin Park. The park has covered cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills,. Well maintained bocce courts are also available along with lit tennis courts and an ampitheater and several playgrounds. A walk or drive takes you to the Juno pier for either a stunning view of the Atlantic or to drop in a fishing line, or both. Shopping,movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater are minutes away! For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall is ten minutes away.Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place in West Palm Beach, a very popular shopping, restaurant and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park as well as the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens.Charter fishing boats are available at nearby Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse.If you fancy a day trip Disneyworld is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south.The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. This wasn't a bad stay but it wasn't great either. The condo was OK, however there were a couple of issues that made it somewhat unpleasant. The second bath had mold or something that came out of the shower so we only used the one shower while there. Also, and, no fault of the condo owner, there is a patio on the back of the condo, but most of the time it smelled like sewer out there so we couldn't enjoy it. Also, Mark shared the lengthy rules for the condo doc, I, as probably most, did not read it, so found out when got there from the gate guard, that the condo association doesn't allow any pickup trucks and you can get towed if you have one. Mark told us after we were already there that a previous renter had gotten towed without any warning, so since we were unaware of this rule, we had drove my pickup truck down with no way to swap it out, so it put me very on edge every night that they would come tow my truck. That should be a key piece of information to call out by Mark when someone is renting so the renter can plan for it.With these issues, not all Marks fault, along with finding out after a few days there that we had an option to stay a couple blocks away from the family we were there to visit vs about a half hour away staying at the condo, i asked Mark on Thursday and gave a few options to let us out early, even willing to pay a day or 2 longer than we actually stayed, but he refused to work with us at all, which was very frustrating.

We couldn’t have loved Mark’s condo more. Perfect, first floor location, plenty of amenities inside and extra linens. Super close to pool and block from the beach! We’ll definitely be back.

Really nice place to stay

The condo unit is updated and very clean. Neighborhood is quiet. Ocean is within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are nearby. I like the washer/dryer in the unit. Owner is available and responsive.

JUPLIFE in February

Perfect location for getting a feel for Jupiter and Juno Beach area. Condo was walking to beach and riverwalk to Jupiter Yacht Club marina. Within walking or 10 minute drive to grocery store, restaurants and bars! Host was very responsive with any of our questions. The description on VRBO is accurate as well as pic. Would absolutely stay again here!

Wonderful Property

Mark and the property all 5 Stars! Love everything about the property, the location,, walking distance to the beach, Jupiter is a dream, and Mark was an amazing host! Only warning…if you drive a truck you will not be allowed to park anywhere in the condo areas. But that must be a Jupiter rule bc I looked at other properties and they almost all have the same rule.

Condo needs some help

Front door lock broken when arrived, so unit was open. Couldn't leave condo until repaired which took 2 days. Cable was stuck on one channel for a week and we had to contact cable company (not owner) for replacement cable box. Internet connection is non existent. Washing machine not working properly, shower door broken, one of the mattreses needs replaced since sinks in the middle. Outdoor patio furniture was filthy along with the patio. Lightbulbs out through out condo, blinds broken in living area, batteries were dead in the automatic trashcan, so had to replace ourselves. The owner should have someone local who can really check out the condo before renting, since this was not a pleasant experience at all.

Great Jupiter location

Good Location

Good location for beach access. Condo has been updated but in a cheap way, towel bars fall off the wall when you use them, same for toilet paper holders. Internet was out more than it actually worked. Bed in guest room slopes down to the floor in the middle. Faucet in kitchen has a broken nozzle so water either sprays everywhere or barely comes out.

The good bad and ugly

The good....the condo is ideally situated. It is a five minute walk to a great beach and a bit of a shorter walk to a community pool. It has a screened in porch which overlooks a pond separating two buildings. It is a very relaxing place to stay. The kitchen was serviceable, it had good WiFi and the AC worked well. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds with large walk in closets. The bathrooms look as if they had been recently remodeled and are very nice with a walk in shower for one and a bath/shower in the other. The apartment is tastefully decorated but is getting a little worn. The leather upholstery in the living room is showing its age but is comfortable. The bad was that upon arrival there was a note left by the previous tenant listing a number of items that needed attention (one of the towel racks in the bathroom was hanging from the wall and needed repair. The faucet in the kitchen sink was not working properly ( their was a limited water flow from the tap). And the main TV in the living room was not working. We were able to fix the TV as the plug in the rear had become semi-detached. Once it was plugged in correctly the TV worked fine but we needed to fix it ourselves. We contacted the owner about these issues and he said that he would have someone repair the towel rack and faucet. No one ever came. The slider leading from the living space on to the porch needs to be repaired (the sill shows signs of water damage) which makes it difficult to open and close. There are some slight tears on the screen porch and the door to the utility closet on the porch is hanging off its bottom hinge and needs to be fixed as well. The door is held closed by a cinder block. Before we left, we sent an e-mail to the owner to point out these issues and asking for a reimbursement for the purchase of a new kettle for tea as the one provided was broken. A copy of the receipt was sent electronically but are still waiting to hear back from him. Despite these issues the benefits somewhat outweigh the bad provided you are not too particular and are looking for relaxing place to stay near the ocean.

Cozy.. comfortable.. convient... to the sand and the water :)

Our family of 6, two high school and two college students, spent a month in Marks lovely condo. The comfort and convenience of the condo, helped to make this one of the best trips our family has taken. The condo has a very peaceful location, nestled in the bottom corner of the building. The screened porch was perfect for drinking your morning coffee while watching the fish, ducks and turtles play in the pond. Only a quick walk to the warm sand and blue waters on the beach. Also, we found it to be a great central location for wonderful hikes and kayaking at the nearby parks and nature preserve. The condo had a very open feel, with lots of sunlight and storage space. Thanks again to Mark! :)

Great Location!

Very nice updated condo. Excellent linens and kitchen equipment. All new cookware. Smart TV with Apple TV. Ground floor with nice screened in patio overlooking small lake with fountain. Definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!

This condo is really close (walkable, bikable) to Jupiter Beach! We really enjoyed our stay. Especially the ground floor location. Lots of extras such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels.Los Cabos Flats was very close and we ate there twice, both times it was very good. U-TIki was excellent as well. The guided boat tour on The Manatee Queen of Jupiter Island was a highlight with a manatee sighting before we even left the dock! The only thing we lacked was a hair dryer and we took care of that. We did find the pool locked when we tried to use it once, but with the beach, we didn't try again. Will definitely use again in the future!

Great location

This ground floor condo is one block from the ocean and minutes drive to shopping and restaurants. At some point, it was remodeled, and some thought went into making it comfortable for renters. I stayed for two months, and brought my own bed linens and towels. There are plenty of towels, but the comforters, matching pillow covers, and mattress covers were stained and needed cleaning. I mentioned this to the owner, and hopefully he'll have housekeeping do a more thorough job. There are plenty of dishes and kitchenware for cooking. I especially liked the pool - water temperature was perfect and met many friendly owners there.

This place was great!

My family and I recently enjoyed two months this summer. The condo was beautifully furnished with, completely stocked kitchen and home, offering you all of the comforts of home but the feel of a luxury resort! The beach is a very short one block away, my boys enjoyed being able to run to the beach in under a minute, and the community and neighborhood are clean, safe and very friendly. This place and the hospitable owner Mark gave us all the relaxed and happy beach life experience we were after. I would definitely give this place my highest recommendation. Regards, Crista & family

My daughter, granddaughter and I stayed 2 1/2 months while my granddaughter was having surgery and therapy in West Palm Beach.. The neighborhood is very walk-able, and having the pool and beach nearby was great. The owner and his son were great, Other owners/renters who we met at the pool were all very nice. Looking forward to staying here again.

As advertised

The condo is as described in the property overview. It appears to be newly painted, new appliances & furniture. We found it to be clean as well. The kitchen is stocked with enough tools to cook any meal. Jupiter beach is a 10 minute walk (door to sand) or 1 minute drive. Shopping and food are all within a 5 minute drive. Mark and his son both contacted us before, at the beginning of and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. My Wife and I would not hesitate to stay again.
