We had a great weekend stay! The house was perfect for our large family.Host was great. She let us have family and friends over for brunch who were staying in near by hotels.

This house is exactly as described and in an excellent location. The neighborhood is safe, there’s ample parking, and our host could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend this property if you’re looking for large home with several bedrooms.

Great place to stay!

My cousins and i get together regularly and were visiting my daughter. This was a perfect spot, the listing is accurate, accommodations were exactly what we need. Everything was easy access and relaxing. Jenn was a great host and I would stay again.

Host was communicative and easy going until the day after party. Complained about cleaning up when we have already paid for clean up beforehand and want to upcharge 100 more for a can and mints left on a nightstand among the following issues being addressed.By the way the house was not 100% clean when we arrived, there was sticky candy on kitchen island, shelf area and other small area. Only 2 out of 6 room were used. Others were spotless clean, unused.Trash was picked up as much as possible into garbage bags and bowls were left in sink....If we already paid a clean up fee and did our extra part into cleaning up even more into garbage bags.... I dont understand why we are being charged more. That's what the CLEAN UP FEE is for, to clean up, if this was going to be an issue we could of just left all the 6 bags worth of trash that we picked up where it was, then we would understood that it would be extra work without us even trying to clean up since we already paid. Just to take garbage bags and some boxes outside is no big deal. Nothing was stained or broke, 3 chairs from outside were inside and can easily be taken back outside.What's the real issue here?

Host was easy to work with and very responsive. House had ample space with TV’s in each room and the living kitchen was great for a larger group. Master bed was on the firmer side and there were a number of unfinished or “in progress” projects like floor trim etc but didn’t impact the use of the home.
