Clean and quiet 2 bed 2 bath condo with views, pool and hot tub. Walkable to groceries, shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen and cozy patio with electric grill for dinners in. Great location! Less than 15 minute walk to spectacular Fountain Park. Second story unit boasts beautiful mountain views, sunrises and evening stars. This dark sky community is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some sun and relaxation. For the adventurer there are numerous hiking and biking trails, parks and outdoor activities to keep you busy. Enjoy nearby golfing, pickle ball, casino and more. Tonto National Forest and Saguaro Lake are a 30 minute drive. Enjoy all the best Arizona has to offer away from the city but only 35 minutes to Sky Harbor International Airport. Dogs 30 lbs and less welcome!


The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. With all the conveniences of a bigger town you get the small-town feel of a friendly neighborhood.
