My review would’ve been perfect had the house been properly cleaned before we got there. I was very surprised.. you could feel the sand/dirt on our feet.

We loved this rental! This property is well decorated and maintained. Homosassa feels like old world Florida and we loved spending time both in the town and this rental. The outdoor games (pool, cornhole, giant connect 4, and jenga kept us busy on a rainy evening the outdoor tv!). Property has an expansive back yard and fire pit which we didn’t get to use due to rain but looking forward to using it next time. We loved the warming faux fireplace underneath the TV in the living room. All beds were very comfortable! The property owner was communicative. We would book again!

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway in Homosassa Springs!We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It had everything we needed and more. The outdoor area was absolutely perfect for our small group—plenty of comfortable seating, a cozy fire pit, and even a bug zapper (which came in handy!).Our kids had a blast learning to play pool, and we all enjoyed some friendly rounds of cornhole in the evenings. It’s a great space for both relaxation and fun.One of the best parts was the location—close enough to the springs for quick trips, but far enough away that we could unwind peacefully at night without the noise of the crowds. We also really appreciated the spacious parking area, which easily fit our boat.This place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Homosassa with comfort, space, and great amenities!
