Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please turn off AC/fans and all lights. Clear all unused outlets, such as kitchen appliances. Close and lock all windows. Also clean all used dishes and leave them drying.
Assure the top lock to apartment door is locked before you leave - keep bottom handle unlocked. Put the key fob back in the lockbox at the building entrance - same code - and assure it is locked.
Please do a final sweep to assure you take all of your belongings before leaving.
