What a beautiful property!! We really enjoyed the unit and the property. We enjoyed an amazing view from the 3 balconies every day and enjoyed the pool and bar on the property. The location was great. We were able to walk to a number of restaurants. Check-in was great and the unit has everything you could possible need. We walked to the beach a couple of days and it was really nice to have beach chairs and a small ice chest to use. We will be back!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

We absolutely loved everything. We came with our family of 5 to celebrate life! The pictures posted as well as the description are 100% accurate! From the minute we walked in the door we were overwhelmed by the view and the gorgeous condo! Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, deck sitting areas fully furnished, plastic glassware for poolside. They literally thought of everything! My interactions with Warren and Phillipe were fabulous! They always answered quickly and were very helpful! Proximity to CBC beach and Mullet is perfect and they have showers at the entrances to rinse off! Sunset after sunset floating at the CBC beach was spectacular! Bottom line if you are blessed to stay at The Pearl of Cupecoy you will be over the moon!

This place is a definite 10/10. From the easy booking and promptness of communications to the incredible grounds and views to the gorgeous unit itself and just how comfortable the beds and couches were and how stocked the gorgeous kitchen was. Will be rebooking for next year once we get dates set. The AC works great and the ceiling fans are such a great addition to a great sleep where you also hear the crashing of the waves through the closed sliding doors. The 4 (!!!) balconies/porches all provide stunning views. Water pressure was great and washing machine/dryer were efficient and accessible. Beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and some shopping bags are provided. The portable beach chairs we brought to various beaches around the island were very comfortable and we found them on Amazon and put them in our cart to buy to have at our own home. The pictures don’t even represent the jaw dropping view you see from the windows and balconies. The ocean is in your face and watching the sailboats and cruise ships and birds and iguanas could be entertainment for the whole trip. Saba seems so close that you could touch it. Bedrooms are spread out and provide total privacy. Amenities are well stocked and being walking distance to a mini carrefour and multiple bakeries and restaurants was an added bonus. Check in and out was super fast and easy. A stunning unit in a gorgeous property and location.

The kitchen was fully equipped and the utensils were of high quality. The appliances were great and everything worked well. The unit was very clean and spacious. It was well equipped with games, cards etc. The air conditioning worked well and the fans helped maintain a comfortable temperature. The pool was steps away and the beach a very short walk. Beach chairs and other water toys were provided by the host. Many restaurants were within walking distance as was a grocery store and bakery. The views from the balconies were stunning. We spent many mornings and evenings there admiring the beautiful ocean. Philippe was punctual on check-in and with all communication. He was very helpful with suggestions on sightseeing, restaurants and transportation. The place and the surrounding area was very safe. The security staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an amazing stay and will highly recommend this place to our friends and family. We will definitely be returning.Tony and Lina Canada
