The pool is closed indefinitely due to an issue with the protective barrier, caused by the heavy rains and strong winds that recently occurred in the city.

The living room is spacious and air-conditioned, featuring a ceiling fan, a 3-seater reclining sofa, and a 60" Smart TV — perfect for relaxing or enjoying your favorite shows. A dining table for four adds both practicality and elegance to the space.

The balcony provides a cozy outdoor setting, with a dining table for four and a comfortable 2-seater armchair — ideal for starting the day with a coffee or unwinding in the evening.

The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with a refrigerator, 4-burner induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, sandwich maker, electric kettle, range hood, and a water purifier built into the sink faucet. The integrated countertop with four seats makes it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in comfort.

The laundry area includes a ventilation fan, a washing and spin-drying machine, ironing board and iron, floor drying rack, clothespins, and a bucket — everything you need to keep things in order, even during longer stays.

The condominium also provides common areas such as a barbecue area and a party room with a gourmet area that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the utilization fees set by the condominium.

The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.

The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.
