Welcome to your Durango winter retreat. This version of our home is offered at a special rate for smaller groups of up to 5 guests. You’ll have access to the full house, with all 5 bedrooms available, and can choose whichever 3 best fit your needs during your stay.
The home is perfectly located for year-round adventures. In the winter, head up to Purgatory Resort for skiing and snowboarding, explore nearby snowshoeing trails, or cozy up by the fireplace after a day in the mountains. When the seasons shift, you’ll be close to world-class biking, hiking, rafting on the Animas, and all the charm of downtown Durango.
You’ll also have full use of the kitchen, living spaces, and everything else the home offers. It’s an ideal setup for families, couples traveling together, or a few friends who want extra space without paying the larger-group rate.
