Important Info:
• Timeshare Units: As a timeshare guest, you’ll need to bring your own toiletries (soap, etc.) for your stay. The resort provides linens, towels, and pillows for your comfort. BRING your Beach Towels!
• No Pets Allowed: The resort does allow legitimate service animals, but emotional support animals are not permitted.
The City of Virginia Beach holds many oceanfront concerts on the beach in the summertime. There will be times where they schedule events at the 5th street stage where this resort is, so beach access directly in front of the resort may be affected(you may have to walk down a few streets to go to the beach).
• Timeshare Presentations: You are not required to attend a timeshare tour or presentation. If invited, feel free to decline – unless you’d like to attend!

• A $200 damage hold will be taken at check-in via your credit card and released upon check-out.
