This 1-bedroom condo in Oceano is perfect for your escape. With a king-size bed and a twin sofa bed in the bedroom and a full-size sofa bed in the livingroom, it offers a great space for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a full kitchen, WiFi, cable, two smart TVs, fireplace, spa, and an outdoor seating area with barbecues.
We are a block from the beach and the entrance to the Oceano Dunes. We are located across the street from the Oceano/Five Cities Elks Lodge. There are many restaurants and stores near our rental.
We are less than 3 miles to Pismo Beach and 10 miles to Avila Beach. There are many beautiful hiking trails around the rental and a park with a playground.
We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Very clean and quiet. Was surprised about how well insulated the walls were, I didn’t hear our neighbors at all. The facility’s grills were easy to get to which was a plus since I did a lot of grilling during my stay. Would highly recommend.

Great, well-stocked kitchen! Nicely decorated. Close to oceano beach. It was our first time at Oceano, more trucks and cars than I expected. We mostly drove up to Avila and Pismo for family beach days.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and with a very well stocked kitchen. I like cooking so I really appreciated how well stocked it was. Very good location, walk to the beach and to several restaurants and very close to Pismo. I would certainly recommend this place and would stay again.

Homey accomodation

Though small, this place did just fine for our family of four to spend two nights while visiting San Luis Obispo. It was well-stocked and clean and felt cared-for. Dana responded right away when I asked for the wifi password. There were plenty of towels. The soap dispenser in the kitchen was empty. The fold out bed in the living room wasn't very comfortable, so my daughter chose to just sleep on the couch (but Dana said she's planning to replace furniture). We didn't know where we should take the trash out to when we checked out. I think those are our only complaints, and they didn't really affect the quality of our stay.

The location of this place is perfect. You can see the ocean from the front deck which is a very short walk. There are 3 places to eat within walking distance. The kitchen of the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. The bathroom also has all the amenities you might need. Wonderfully decorated and the place was spotless. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

The location was perfect for our family stay and the condo was beautifully decorated.We were comfortable and had everything we needed for the short stay. The beach right down the road allows vehicles to drive the shore line and Pismo right down the street has cute shops and a pier with fishing pole rentals.Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a cozy beach condo close to the ocean!
