Downtown Greensboro, a neighbourhood in Greensboro, is home to this holiday home. Greensboro Children's Museum and Gillespie Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Wet 'n Wild Emerald Pointe Water Park and Greensboro Cultural Center. Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts and Gateway Gardens are also worth visiting.
The building smelled of smoke. Couch had no cushions. I could feel the boards in the couch. 1 pot in the cabinet, and I had to wash it before I could use it. The location was fabulous, but I couldn't cook breakfast done to NO cookware. Oh, I forgot, NO PARKING FOR THE GUESS, smh. I would not rent here again.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Great location, but tough sleeping conditions due to nighttime street noise. After a mixup with booking, Serena worked hard to make things right in a challenging situation. We appreciated her prompt & helpful communication from start to finish. We stayed nights 1-2 in a queen rm then moved for nights 3-5 to the king rm we originally booked. Beds were comfortable. Kitchens were clean & adequately stocked for our needs. Despite some wear & tear on vanities, bathrooms were clean and had basic supplies. Sofas varied in comfort (queen room was better). Rooms smelled clean and the building itself was quiet. Handy to have laundry in the kitchen. Note that the stairs to access the 3 floors are steep (no elevator) and there were pot smells in some areas near front doorway. As mentioned above, the nighttime street noise was a bummer—loud (but pleasant) music from nearby bar, sporadic trains a few blocks away (ok with us), but the balance tipped once the street cruising began at night (obnoxiously loud car engines revving and speeding with thundering music into the wee hours). Worse on weekends. Ear plugs/air pods and ceiling fan in the king rm helped, but not ideal. A few needy men around, but presented zero problems for us. If you can be flexible & accept some quirks/inconveniences, location is perfect for exploring the charming and memorable area. Parking was no problem for us. On street or just around the corner worked fine.
I stayed here while my son had a swim meet at the Aquatic Center. Easy drive. Location is nice for lots of restaurants and atmosphere of downtown. It was a little loud after 10pm because of nearby bars, but ear plugs worked. The king size bed was great. Apartment was clean. Parking is on the street or in a lot a block away. Noted to manager that kitchen sink wasn't draining properly but suspect that can be fixed easily.
