I had to come in and wipe everything down and clean the bathroom. It was very “surface clean” but still felt dirty. The location is very convenient and the beach was very nice. The pool is small compared to other Phoenix condos.

Very comfortable and great location

This property was perfect for the two of us. View from the 5th floor balcony was wonderful for sunrises. Balcony seemed "private" as there was not a direct view to the next one. Bed comfortable. Linens plentiful. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking. However, bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, tissues, spices. Nothing like that provided except one roll of TP. I realize that is stated but I would have brought more of my own supplies with us when driving from home had I thought about it. Buying all of that at the local grocery store is a little pricier. Also, the drain in the tub/shower was extremely slow! I did bring it to the attention of the desk personnel in checking out. Maybe should institute some regular drain maintenance. Overall, though, very satisfied with stay and service and would return.

Perfect little getaway

Phoenix VII was great! This unit was nice, clean, and great view of the beach. Only suggestion is to bring your own blankets!
