Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the amazing, walkable location near downtown and the river attractions. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication and hope to welcome you back!

Thank you for staying with us Lance! We are so glad you had so much fun :) See you soon!

Thank you so much for the kind review! We’re thrilled to hear the location worked out perfectly for your plans and that your pups got to enjoy the peaceful setting too. We’d love to have you all back again soon!

That sounds like a wonderful experience! Short walks to tube rentals can be convenient and enjoyable, allowing you to quickly access transportation and explore the area. It's great when things are easily accessible like that. Come back soon :)

Thank you for staying with us Janice! We are so happy you enjoyed your time here :) We hope to see you next time!

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. This is an older historic home, so it does have the natural smell, character, and finishes commonly associated with an older property rather than the feel of a newly built home. We truly wish these concerns had been reported during your stay or immediately afterward so we could have addressed them at the time. We have hosted several reservations since your stay and have not received any other reports of skin irritation. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working hard to provide a clean and comfortable experience for every guest.

We are so happy you had a great time!

Thank you for the review Nick! We are thrilled yall had a great stay. Thank you for the feedback about the gate and the neighbors fence! We will look into those things! Come back anytime!

I'm glad to hear that you had an enjoyable stay! It's unfortunate that the electrical outlets in the adjoining bedroom didn't work because of a tripped breaker. We are glad we were able to troubleshoot the issue and were able to get them working! We hope to host you in the future :)

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you and your family enjoyed your stay and were able to take advantage of the great location. Being within walking distance of the river, local restaurants, and just minutes from Landa Park and Schlitterbahn is definitely one of our favorite things about the home too! We’re happy you enjoyed the porch, yard, and even got to see the neighborhood deer—they’re regular visitors and always a fun surprise. We also appreciate your feedback about the beds, shower, and A/C. Guest feedback helps us continue improving the experience, and we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration. Our A/C guidelines are in place to help the system perform efficiently during the Texas summer heat, but we understand that comfort preferences can vary. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. It means a lot to hear that you would return, and we’d love to welcome you and your family back for another visit!

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear our home was the perfect fit for your family and your dogs. It sounds like the location worked out perfectly for your family reunion, and we're so glad you were also able to enjoy being close to Schlitterbahn and downtown New Braunfels. Thank you for your kind recommendation! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you and your family back for another stay in the future.

Hi Greg! Thank you so much for the feedback! We are so glad that you enjoyed the location! We did just complete a punch list of items over there since we had a week of vacancy in between your stay and the next guests! All the blinds were replaced around the entire house, painting was completed, fan fixtures were replaced, etc. We would love to have you back in the future :)
