This brand-new 2 bed, 2 bath villa is spacious, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nestled in the desirable Sydney Villas neighborhood, you're just a quick walk, drive or golf cart ride to the unique canine inspired Saluki Recreation Center. The highly anticipated Eastport Town Square-set to open in 2025-is also nearby! We are pet-friendly for small dogs under 35 lbs.

We do NOT currently offer a golf cart with this rental. We can assist with referrals for golf cart rentals if needed.

There are gates throughout The Villages. You do not need a pass to enter. Gates will have a button to access or a gate attendant for assistance.

Guest ID passes for access to The Villages amenities (golf, pools, rec centers, etc.) must be requested at least a week prior to arrival, and require an additional payment of $50.00. These are only available for stays of 3 days or more.
