The space
Meticulously renovated, modern home with direct lake view and access and all brand new doors and windows. The living room has a designer leather sofa with pottery barn pillows and throws and has a stacked sliding door system which entirely opens up to the outdoor lake facing deck.

The master bedroom has a king bed with West Elm down duvet, TV and attached bathroom with shower.

There is a second master bedroom with West Elm down duvet, an attached bright bathroom with new vanity and huge shower.

Downstairs has a bunk room with a twin over full rustic bunkbed, both of which have West Elm down duvets.

Upstairs is a Queen bed with West Elm down duvet and it's across from a modern bright bath with a brand new vanity and lighted mirror.

All bedrooms have brand new sheets and towels.

The kitchen has brand new Kitchen Aid appliances, including a gas range, a 36" huge fridge with water & ice maker, espresso maker, air fryer and stocked with brand new Williams Sonoma accessories.

The home has a commercial ice maker, outdoor chairs to enjoy the lake, yoga mats, foam roller, sets of weights for some well being and even a printer if you need to do some work.

I've been coming to the Lake since I was 8 and always dreamed of owning a fabulous place with a killer view. I enjoy paddle boarding, surfing, hiking, swimming, wake surfing, mountain biking and hiking.

Why they chose this property

Kings Beach is a fabulous, walkable neighborhood. I love being able to walk to coffee and breakfast at the Tree House Cafe in the morning and not having to drive to dinner or drinks in the evening!

What makes this property unique

I may be biased, but the renovations are gorgeous and the door opening entirely to the deck with a straight on view of the lake is incredible. Lake access with the lawn and pier is super easy.
