Charlie & Rosie’s Place

Step back in time in our Historical 95 year old home with original (creaky) floors & doors. This lovely home offers a cozy atmosphere with modern amenities like WiFi, AC, washer & dryer, and a 60” TV. Like to cook? No problem! Walk across the street to buy groceries at the Hanna Country Store and make your favorite meal in our fully equipped kitchen or drive 5 miles to the Sagebrush Inn and enjoy full service. After dinner take a relaxing stroll to the Duchesne river located just behind the house. A fantastic place to relax and unwind after a day of fishing, hunting, hiking, & exploring. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Our home was built by our great grandfather almost 100 years ago. Please be especially kind to the original items such as walls, floors & doors. Thank you so much!

This 95yr old home was built by my Grandfather, Charlie Fabrizio. Who came from Italy when he was 15 yrs old. He married Rosie and raised 4 amazing boys in this house.
