Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

About Kathy
This is a Tucson family owned and managed vacation rental. You'll find many unexpected extras in this condo as we use it as our family vacation home. If you read our reviews, you will see that, not only is the condo fabulous, but it's an easy booking process, there's easy access to the condo with no long-line "check-in" process), and, someone is always available to communicate with you once you get there (cell, text, email). We have our own private housekeeper and maintenance man.
