Big with possibility

This property is huge in quiet neighborhood. Home is clean, wifi is great. But definitely needs repairs and cosmetic improvements. Minor fixes and it could be excellent. Nothing paint, repairs and a little TLC cant handle. I would return and recommend if repairs are made.
