ATV Paradise on 50 acres/direct access to VASA trails
Ride your ATV right from the house directly to the VASA trail network!! Brighton allows riders on public roads from 7am to 10pm. Ride from downtown Island Pond to Derby and Wheelock. 100's of miles of trails are accessible from our location. Use this as your base camp for outdoor adventure!
Extremely private and newly renovated home nested on 53 acres close to Island Pond town center.
Amazing hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, fall foliage, snowmobile and ATV riding right at your doorstep.
The 3 BR, 2 BA house is set up to comfortably sleep 6 people but can accommodate up to 8. The house includes laundry, TV, Wi-Fi and a fully stocked kitchen.
VASA trails are the highlight of staying here but we are also close to many NH ATV trails and the renowned Jericho State Park. Hiking trails are close by at Lake Willoughby, Silvio O. Conte National Wildlife Refuge and West Mountain Wildlife Management Area. Kingdom trails are also located within 30 minutes for world class mountain biking.
An outside firepit is available for guests as well as a BBQ grill.
