Clean house with plenty of room. There are several soft spots in the floor and the bathtub didn't drain well. The property manager was very responsive.

We booked our stay 3 months prior and never received our check in code. Called and texted the host and received no answer. Spent 2 hours on customer service with VRBO they helped us to try to find another locations Never received any communication from the owner. So can not speak to the condition, or cleanliness of rental.

This was a last minute stay based on cleanliness, value and the location being relatively close to Jefferson. It had the basics you'd expect, although the kitchen was somewhat sparsely supplied. In addition to meeting our needs for a one-night value stay, it also allowed us to enjoy nature and see deer feeding in the backyard around both sunset and sunrise. We also went walking along a well-maintained trail in the woods behind the house.
This is just behind the house where we saw deer.
