Absolutely no running, diving, or jumping in pool.. Absolutely no smoking inside or outside on property, visitors will be fined and charged $500. No pets, visitors will be fined and charged $500.
No parties visitors will be charged $1000 fine. No outside grills, please use the grill that's provided, visitors will be fined and charged $500. Please clean grill clean fined $100.
Please unplug grill and cover it when not in use. Please do not leave any string lights plugged in when it's raining or not being used. Please let down umbrella when not in use, or doing bad weather
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
