No parties visitors will be charged $1000 fine. No outside grills, please use the grill that's provided, visitors will be fined and charged $500. Please clean grill clean fined $100.
Please unplug grill and cover it when not in use. Please do not leave any string lights plugged in when it's raining or not being used. Please let down umbrella when not in use, or doing bad weather
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I’ve been staying VRBOs for a while but I don’t think I’ve ever left a review. I’m doing so now because how wonderful this house was and how great the host was.Honestly I don’t think the pictures does the house justice. That master bedroom is huge and the pool is this wonderful oasis. Highly recommend, the best deal and best stay I have had.

This home was the perfect escape for our Spring Break trip from Wisconsin. Its central location made everything incredibly convenient—we were even able to walk to the University of South Alabama campus. We felt close to all the places we wanted to explore, yet the house itself offered a relaxing retreat at the end of each day.The pool and pool table made for great family time, and we especially appreciated the washer and dryer along with the spacious, well-equipped kitchen for easy evenings in after long beach days. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall amenities exceeded our expectations.The host was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay.
