Potemkin stairs is within 2 minutes walking distance. All bars/cafes/restaurants are nearby.Coffeeshop is on the first floor. Apartments has private entrance.
Apartment is unique due to it's location and large space (100 sq.meters).The apartment is very spacious, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests can use all 3 bedrooms,fully equipped kitchen and big living area. There is also cozy balcony in the first bedroom. Windows overlook the courtyard,street,Duke de Richelieu and Catherine the Great monuments.The courtyard is closed at the gate and security lock.
