This is an awesome historical spot with outdoor seating. Parking pass, kitchenette, smart TV, king bed, backyard and new deck, and keyless entry.

Its location, a short walk from the Supreme Court, Senate, Capitol Building, Eastern Market, H Street Corridor/Whole Foods, and Union Station make this the perfect pit-stop for your DC visit, whether for business or pleasure. Public transportation is easy and I include a parking pass as well if desired.

The location is excellent and within walking distance of the capitol. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking if you wanted.

Talk about location, location, location. This place is perfect for a quick couples weekend getaway. You are within walking distance to just about everything you could want or need. Public transportation is only minutes away. We parked our car on Saturday and didn't need to move it until Tuesday check out. We walked everywhere we wanted to go with the exception of the Navy Yard. This is a cozy little apartment on a quiet tree lined street. The hosts were great and responded quickly any time we had a question. If we ever decide to go back to DC we will definitely be sure to look up this place to see if its available.

Eric was very kind to let us check in a little early when we arrived sooner than we had expected. Was very quick to respond and had some very good information for us on things to do, etc. Location is fantastic. Super close to the metro and some good dining close by. We always felt safe, even at night. WiFi was a little spotty, made streaming a movie a little difficult with the buffering. King size bed is a plus, but the space is a little tight for it. Loved that we could do our laundry so we didn’t have so much to do returning home . Overall I would highly recommend for your stay in DC!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in this quaint and convenient home: the uniqueness of a century-old space, walking to Union Station, the supermarket, coffee shop and local pub, and definitely the kind attention of owners Eric & Jason. Even my husband slept well! We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location complemented by ample parking spaces. Sufficient space for a brief sojourn, along with numerous insightful recommendations for local dining establishments. Close to Museums

Was within walking distance of almost everything we needed. We were here to see the museums and was only a few blocks from the National Mall which was perfect.Bike share is right there too! Everything was clean and perfect for two people.

Spring trip to DC

Historic DC row house, studio style. Just right for a couple exploring the city. Perfectly located in Capitol Hill, close to Union Station and Eastern Market metros. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a great time!

Lovely, relaxing, and safe
