Enjoy a countryside experience just minutes from the city. Our spacious house features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, two dining areas, a large living room, and a backyard with a BBQ grill. It includes parking space for 2 or 3 vehicles and a fully equipped kitchen. Located on the Cerro de Oro road, just 3 minutes by car from the city’s vibrant nightlife and restaurant district. Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and easy access to urban life.

The house offers 4 bright and comfortable bedrooms, furnished with double and semi-double beds. The master bedroom also includes a double sofa bed, dressing area, and spacious closets—designed for your rest and comfort.
There are 3.5 modern, clean, and functional bathrooms with hot water showers and essential toiletries. The master bathroom includes a bathtub.
The main living room is wide and cozy, ideal for group gatherings or relaxing. Inside, enjoy two dining areas for family meals, and there are two additional tables that can be set up outdoors—perfect for sunny afternoons or BBQ nights.
Guests have full access to the entire house: all bedrooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, and private parking for 2 or 3 cars.
