We were there for a friends wedding. We had a great time. Friday night family game (board game) night. Great place to stay to spend family time together.

Absolute chaos

Completely screwed our visit and changed the place we were staying on us 5 hours before our check in. Completely throwing us into a panic as she put us in a bad area that we couldn’t store our production gear at like we could at the location I ORIGINALLY chose. The owner basically did nothing for us. Says that it can house 8 but didn’t give us enough towels until the 2 nights before we left. Owner had an attitude problem and refused to accept the fact that she screwed our trip over. Not even giving us a discount and even acted like I was crazy for asking.

We apologize your visit was screwed up. We accommodated you with the same exact place you booked seven minutes from the other location. We don't guarantee you storage for your equipment and gear as a storage was never mentioned in the conversation before you booked. I would recommend checking statistics before you judge an area. We manage several Airbnb's and I can't say we have every had anything happen to any of our guest. We are not sure what else we were supposed to do for you other than allow you to rent our property. We supplied towels and rags as well as detergent for you to wash what you use if you need to reuse several times. We offered your money back, but you suggested you would like to stay your entire trip at this location. Again, we apologize for accommodating you and providing a service.
