My friends and I rented the property for a girls trip to the Rhinebeck Sheep and Wool festival. The location was excellent and property was as advertised. The property was clean, spacious, and located close to shops and restaurants in downtown Kingston. Our hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating.

It was very clean. Good water. Beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Being by the park was very nice. Suggestion for the kitchen to have more eating utensils and serving bowls.

The house was very convenient to the events we had planned for the weekend. It was very clean and plenty of space. The kitchen needs to be equipped with some glassware and a few more plates and cookware.

Space was smaller in person than it seemed on pictures, but that’s really my only complaint. Note that it is a separate house, but owners do live on property as well. Home was super clean which was much appreciated! Enough beds and towels, ect for a comfortable stay. Check in and out was super simple. Overall, good stay for the price.
