This is our 2nd time at this property and we love it. This visit was a short one but very pleasant. The home is so convenient to activities either in Knoxville or say Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We'll enjoy those on our repeat trip. As in the past I cannot say enough about the owner who is exceptionally responsive and helpful. We are currently staying again so clearly enjoy the lovely home.
This is a lovely, comfortable house in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It is extremely convenient to downtown while still feeling country, as well as being convenient to the routes to Gatlinburg and the Smokies. Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, etc are only about 5 minutes away. The house has a great layout and has a very comfortable feeling. The kitchen is really nice and, although we did not cook, it appears to be well stocked for cooking. There is a thoughtful coffee bar area, stocked with numerous syrups and Keurig pods. The bathrooms are absolutely beautiful. There is a bit of road noise from the highway that you’ll hear if you are outside in the large backyard, but the house is well insulated and climate control was perfect. The host was incredibly helpful and available – on arrival I could not get the code to work, called the host and he answered immediately and solved the problem right away. We look forward to a return visit to this lovely home.
We had another wonderful stay in this lovely and comfortable home. It is always impeccably clean and has all the amenities that make it very comfortable. The home’s very convenient location is one of the best features – minutes to downtown, the zoo, and other sights; easy to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Park; getting on the freeway is simple; and, more mundane, the proximity to Kroger and Walgreens makes it very convenient to stock the kitchen and eat in, or just to pick up any things that you forgot or ran out of. There is a great little Mexican restaurant on the way to the Kroger which makes a great option for an easy meal out. The owner is fantastic, easy to contact, and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this wonderful home.
