A newly built, open-concept space that is extended over three floors, all open onto a terraced area surrounded by a garden that is populated by local edible and aromatic plants.

Overlooking the entirety of Agadir with a breathtaking view of the ocean, this building with a total area of nearly 1000 m2, offers all the amenities of a house, work and relaxation space.

Upper floor: four separate, fully furnished bedrooms, each of which provided of independent bathrooms and terraces, service room and a common room.
First floor: equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, open space ideal for relaxing, studying or working.
Ground floor: garden and open space.

The building also host an educational institute where young people come to build their soft skills, enhance their talents and passions.
We are specially interested in hosting artists and professionals of different domains that could exchange with our youth.
