Everything was just as listed but better if possible. We had plenty of space and with 10 people that is saying something. Loved the pool and game room. Bedrooms were great and slept very good. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Had no issues with anything

This house has a lot of potential however there were several issues on our stay. Coming to Tennessee has been a tradition. We always get a house with a pool table and a shuffle board table and do a tournament. I specifically asked if there was a shuffle board table and was told yes. We get there, no shuffle board table. The pool table is located in a space where you can't play because there is not room to shoot. The pool was not as warm as we would have liked it and the amount of chlorine in it burned our nose and throats. The pool guy came mid week (a day later than we were told he was coming) and added more chlorine to where it was not usable. The hot tub was amazing. It stayed hot and was clean. The host company did get back with us and sent pool sticks as the ones there were broken when we arrived. They sent us a snack with batteries and spoons since two remotes were missing them and we only had 4 spoons. No hooks in the restrooms to hang or sit clothes/towels on. The toilet paper holder in the upstairs bedroom is oddly far from the toilet. The house was clean upon arrival which was appreciated.
