This condo is perfectly located to everything you could want to do in Pagosa. The rive that runs behind is absolutely tranquil! Home is super clean. We never used the front door thanks to the easy access thru the garage! Master bathroom is stunning! Super easy check in and check out! Would recommend 1000%!

Beautiful river view

Comfortable and convenient. This was the perfect home base for our vacation. Walking distance to hot springs, and a short drive to Wolf Creek ski lodge. The view of the river from the back porch was amazing. Will definitely stay here again.

A Nice Place for a Weekend Getaway!

The location of the place was perfect being next to the river and a little outside of town. The towels in the home were a little worn down and had some bleach spots of them. There was also patches of paint everywhere but it was set up nicely for us to be there for a little weekend away. Will definitely consider this place for our next time in Pagosa!

Spring Break Skiing Visit

Great property. Convenient to town, and right off the local walking trail. The kitchen is well-stocked if you prefer to cook your meals. I think that they could use a few more spoons (this is such a minor complaint, but it's the only thing I could think of).

Comfortable and roomy

Very nice condo building right along the river in very quiet neighborhood. The unit has a very nice set-up with a very roomy master suite. Dining and living areas are spacious and comfortable. We also loved having laundry and gas fireplace.

Perfectly Located Condo

Condo was convenient to downtown and not too far from Wolf Creek. Nice condo for a family. We were here during “ snow hurricane “, but this place would be gorgeous in the summer.

This is a lovely condo! Perfect accommodations for our family. Everything you could possibly need was provided! Beautifully decorated but felt very much like home. With a newborn and a toddler in toe, a later check-out was given which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

Our family had a fantastic stay! The condo was beautiful and the layout was perfect for what we needed. The condo had everything you would need plus more! Within walking distance of town. With a toddler and newborn, we requested a little more time for check-out which was granted and greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

Could use some TLC

Overall ok, all the fabrics, towels, couches, carpet, could be replaced. Towels had holes, couches were dirty and reclining mechanisms don’t work properly. The condo is pretty just needs a little TLC.

Great place to stay

My family and I had the pleasure to stay at this lovely property located near the heart of Pagosa Springs. The property was well taken care of and decorate very nicely. If you do plan on staying here I would suggest getting the garage code to help save you from climbing extra stairs. And I would also recommend getting an egg crate for the beds. The beds are very hard and needed some extra cushion. Besides these two minor things we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a very nice well put together property and situated in the heart of Pagosa Springs.
