Great location and perfect for our needs! We could easily access the beach and plenty of room on the property for our family! You can see the ocean from the second floor deck. We spent a lot of time there in the evening!

We were very impressed with the house, location and cleanliness.We had an issue with the refrigerator and the owner responded immediately and had someone come fix it the same day.We have visited all parts of Topsail Island over the past 10 years and would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at in Surf City! The home was very convenient to the beach access and many nearby restaurants and shops. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch and taking in the ocean views. All accommodations were as expected! It may be helpful to share with guests how many paper products should be expected, as we did need to purchase additional toilet paper and paper towels after arrival. We also could have used some additional kitchenware, such as a can opener. But overall, we would definitely visit again. It was a lovely home!

Super clean. Very Comfortable and fantastic location. You really can walk everywhere. Communication with the host was quick and easy - I wanted to let her know I was going to be a little late for check in. No problems at all. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic! The house was very clean. The decor was beach inspired and appropriate. Having a washer dryer was a game changer and the detergent provided for that and dishwasher most appreciated. We had an ocean view and were literally steps from the beach. Carrie was easy to reach and any questions we had were promptly addressed. Master bedroom mattress was not comfortable. This would be my only criticism. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice quiet house had plenty of room for our family of eight. Not far from public beach access, but we had other family staying across the street in a beach front house, so we accessed the beach that way. The host was very responsive when there was a problem with the AC and got it fixed in just a few hours.

The house is wonderful, very cozy and in a great location. Just like a 2 minute walk to the beach.Host is so very nice and responds quickly.We had a wonderful time. Will definitely stay here again when we come back down.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The location is unbeatable—everything we wanted was within walking distance: shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, the pier, and plenty of nightlife options. The house itself was the perfect size for our family of five with three teenagers. We were steps away from the beach, which the kids loved, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!
